Vaccination clinic for college bound seniors

On Wed. May 5th, 2010 @ 9:30 A.M., Kenton City Schools will be offering to all college bound seniors a vaccine clinic for the required college entry level vaccines. These include Meningitis, Hepatitis B and tetanus booster. The clinic will be at Kenton Senior High School Conference Room. The cost per shot is $10.00 or if the student is on Medicaid, Medicaid will pay for these.

The charges are payable Wed. May 5th, 2010,the day of the clinic.

Parents and students interested in receiving these vaccines must obtain the consents from Kenton Senior High School, and MUST RETURN THEM TO THE HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE NO LATER THAN THURSDAY APRIL 29th, 2010 for processing.

If the student is on Medicaid, he will need to provide a copy of his/her card for processing. If you are writing a check, please make it payable to the Kenton-Hardin Health Department.
